Introducing SyNIRgi - the next generation chemical imaging system

Near-infrared chemical imaging (NIR-CI) has proven capable of addressing a variety of issues in pharmaceutical quality control, including blend uniformity, active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and excipient domain size and distribution, and tablet content uniformity. This seminar will highlight a new product offering - SyNIRgi, a chemical imaging instrument with four times the dynamic range and ten times (10x) the pixel transfer rate of the previous generation product. These dramatic improvements in speed and dynamic range substantially increase the usability of NIR-CI for QA/QC and high-throughput applications, and additionally for applications requiring automation. All of these attributes are directly relevant to the instrument's application in process analytical technology (PAT).
