This introduction to protein applications with the Zetasizer Nano is aimed at new users, and those unfamiliar with the technique of light scattering for biophysical characterization. The main parameters of interest for beginners are size and polydispersity. A brief overview of dynamic and static light scattering theory, followed by examples of batch protein measurements is presented.
