In this webinar the application of the surface technique of Dual Polarization Interferometry (DPI) to biophysical measurements will be discussed. A brief overview of the technique will be provided. Differences in the practical approach when compared to other optical techniques will be examined. Results obtained using model systems to verify the approach will be presented and examples of metal ion, antigen, and protein interactions will be discussed. Finally there will be a comparison of DPI with commonly used biosensors.
